Job DescriptionUX / UI Designer wanted by a Software Engineering organisation that develops a wide range of market-leading InsureTech solutions. You’ll be tasked with helping to define processes and standards across the team.You’ll be working in a role with a lot of autonomy, involved in decision making and having a major influence on the company's outlook. The successful UX/ UI Designer will be involved in setting up and defining UX processes across the business, who currently don't value UX as they should. This role is for someone who has previous experience of going in to a new business and establishing the value of UX to Senior stakeholders. This role will be an initial 3 month contract and falls outside of IR35. The team work remotely, normally meeting in London 1 day a month for a catch up and some collaboration.Overview:Vast experience of speaking to teams and stakeholders to define processes and standards across the team.Experience working in an Agile environment across a range of commercial enterprise-level B2B/B2C productsHands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD.
