Their mission is to digitize, integrate, and automate healthcare processes to ensure world-class hospital-level care is accessible to all.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user interfaces that focus on data visualization, workflow optimization, and user engagement.Dive deep into user research, create personas, and map user journeys to understand the unique needs of healthcare professionals and patients.Collaborate closely with their Software Development team and Clinical Advisory Board to ideate, prototype, and refine design solutions.Continually engage with their clients to document and understand clinical pathways and workflows.Apply industry best practices in UX design, ensuring usability, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.Stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare technology and UX design.Qualifications / ExperienceDegree in Design, Computing, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field or equivalent industry experience with relevant certifications will also be considered.3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-facing projects.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.Solid understanding of design principles, especially within healthcare applications and data-intensive displays.Experience in user research and usability testing.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Desirable SkillsCollaborative work with development teams to optimise user experience.Graphics and image editing skills (e.g., Photoshop and Illustrator).Proficiency in code editors (e.g., VS Code or Sublime).Understanding of responsive design and components.Strong knowledge of accessibility requirements and implementation.Proficiency in wireframe tools like Miro and Balsamiq.Familiarity with healthcare design and governance standards (e.g., NHS DTAC).Our Ideal CandidateAn individual who wants to forge a career in pure UX and become an UX Leader one dayPragmatic and adaptable with a passion for solving complex healthcare challenges.Proactive and positive with a drive to make a meaningful difference in healthcare.A collaborative and communicative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment.Enjoys mentoring and sharing experiences to build the knowledge and confidence of others.Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare clients, the public, and our client's stakeholders.Join Our Client TodayIf you're ready to use your skills for good and be part of a team that's changing the future of healthcare, apply now and help our client achieve their mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care to millions in the comfort of their homes.
