User Experience Designer – Permanent – Glasgow – up to £30K plus benefits (Hybrid)Change Digital is working with a UK based investment management advisory and pensions business to recruit a User Experience Designer. This role will be a part of the company's in-house design team and is responsible for creating documents and materials for clients of the business. The design team will develop and deliver creative content across the business, including marketing collateral, internal communications, UI, as well as design for proposals, pitches and client materials.You will play a key role in working with internal teams to help create engaging, high-quality materials that supports the delivery the excellent customer experience the company strives to maintain.Key responsibilities:Designing and formatting compelling and impactful client materials (for example advice papers, reports, presentations, updates) that are client-centric, engaging and on brand.Creating, managing, and coordinating Microsoft Office documents and presentations to a high standard, promoting best practice and driving innovation.Producing and maintaining relevant graphics within Microsoft packages, for inclusion in presentations and Word documents, both developing proactively and reinterpreting pre-existing content.Working with consultants, analysts and in-house copywriters to make client advice papers and presentations succinct and engaging.Building productive relationships with colleagues in marketing and other stakeholders across the business.Experience and skills:Advanced desktop publishing software skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.An expert in Microsoft packages, e.g. confidence in creating documents/graphics in Word and PowerPoint, as well as creating and styling charts in Excel.Knowledge of building templates within Word and PowerPoint along with visual accessibility standards in design an advantage.Additional skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign an advantage.Previous experience in financial or professional services would be advantageous.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.This role is urgent in nature so please email your CV + Portfolio to
