Marketing ManagerMiri is a performance marketing agency managing User Acquisition and Creative campaigns for mobile apps and games, particularly on Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA and Ad Networks. We enable businesses to grow rapidly by acquiring valuable users through digital advertising. We offer the full-service range from creative design, campaign strategy and execution, to ongoing campaign optimisation.We’re a collaborative team of 40 creative professionals working with some of the most exciting mobile games and apps out there. We now need our capabilities to match our increasing demand, and we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to work with our growing client base, including Supercell, King, Rovio, Meta, Runna, and many more.About the role:We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented User Acquisition Manager to plan and execute UA campaigns for our top clients. You will be experienced working with various app categories and game genres, managing campaigns across different channels. The role involves managing client relationships and their accounts, producing bespoke creative ideas, analysing campaign data and trends, driving channel and measurement strategy, identifying opportunities, and enhancing the performance of our UA efforts. You will be responsible for the success of our client accounts, helping them scale their campaigns profitably on various channels.We require someone analytical, and loves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working closely with our other creative teams and clients to develop highly engaging ads that convert.Therefore, if you:Have at least 2 years of relevant experience managing User Acquisition campaigns within the gaming and/or app industryAre performance-driven, able to understand, analyse, report, and optimise on ROAS/CPAHave a creative mind and enjoy problem-solving different ways an app can be promotedHave hands-on experience managing User Acquisition campaigns on paid social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Google)Are experienced in other networks such as Video ad networks or Apple Search Ads as a bonusLove A/B testing anything you can think ofEnjoy building relationships, managing and working directly with clientsWould like exposure to the marketing strategies of some of the most interesting games and apps in the marketCan work autonomously in a fast-paced dynamic environmentAre passionate and knowledgeable about mobile games and keen to learn more about our industry...Do get in touch!You’ll be responsible for:Scaling client accounts profitably, driving campaigns to ensure the highest ROIDeveloping a hypothesis-driven creative testing strategyManaging campaigns and budgets across multiple clients/gamesSharing learnings with team members to become expert User Acquisition ManagersWorking closely with designers and our clients to develop highly engaging adsBeing accountable and working autonomously with some our largest clientsPlanning, launching and managing UA campaigns reporting results to our clientsPerform complex data analysis using standard tools such as
