Urban Designer role: £35,000 – £45,000 (based on experience)
About The studio:
We are currently searching for a talented Urban Designer to join an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary studio in West London who work on award winning, large scale developments and are looking for an experienced masterplanner to join the urban design team, focusing on creating experience-led urban spaces. Their design ethos is ensuring the experiences and moments are continuous, and that they translate seamlessly. As an urban designern you will be working closely with the architecture, landscape architecture and wayfinding teams to work on world class large-scale masterplanning projects
About You:
A professional degree in urban design, architecture or similar/equivalent related field
Experience in a professional design practice, with at least 1 of which including masterplanning and urban design work in various design phases
Strong computer skills including both 3D and 2D and graphic software capabilities
Good experience in Rhino (Grasshopper, Unreal Engine, Blender, Houdini are plus but not essential)
Ability to collaborate across a multi-disciplinary studio with other teams such as architecture, landscape architecture and wayfinding teams
Experienced in detailed masterplan - stage 3 equivalent
Previous Experienced working on Middle Eastern projects would be beneficial but not essential
Ability with visualisation softwares (Enscape/Vray/Twinmotion)
Strong ability of using Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
Knowledge of Revit is a plus, but not essential
Ability with GIS softwares are plus, but not essential
