The Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified teachers to support the delivery of lessons and assist with classroom activities. Whether it's providing one-to-one support, leading small group sessions, or helping with classroom management, you will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of lessons in accordance with the curriculum
- Providing individualized support to students to help them achieve their academic goals
- Assisting with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment
- Engaging students in interactive and stimulating learning activities
Requirements:
- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from qualified teachers
