Role description
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join the Allianz Commercial Mid-Market Motor Team as a Senior Underwriter, reporting to the Head of Motor. The Commercial Motor portfolio is one of the largest lines of business in Allianz UK making it integral to the continued success of Allianz Commercial. In this role you will support the delivery of profitability in line with the Corporate Plan objectives. This role requires strong collaboration with the regional branch network, portfolio steering, pricing and claims teams.
You will be responsible for:
Monitoring key portfolio segments; undertaking analysis and providing insights to the wider Mid-Market Motor Team
Delivering on the key Mid-Market Motor objectives.
Shaping the delivery and presenting at Quarterly conferences
Development and delivery of EiT training material
Development and delivery of thought leadership articles
Collaboration and contribution to external technical bodies.
