Job DescriptionOur client, a leading Lloyds insurer have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Business Partner to join their Business Services Team responsible for the risk administration service delivery (data quality and timeliness) by the company's Outsourced Business Partner, and Underwriting Operations team to the Underwriting Teams.As Operations Business Partner your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the risk administration of the Standard Operating Procedures, flow charts and controls and amending documentation annually, or whenever business change is planned.Act as the key contact, co-ordinator and point of escalation between the Underwriting Teams, Underwriting Operations and the Outsourced Business Partner.Managing and training the Underwriting operations team members who support the Underwriting teamsStandardising services alongside other Underwriting Operations Business Partners who are responsible for different Underwriting Teams.Monitoring KPIs, updating Senior Operations and Underwriting Management. Ensure PAS workflows remain in service and monitor and maintain a high level of data quality.Identifying opportunities for improvement and change, including task automation and outsourced opportunitiesPerforming root cause analysis for any issues.Co-ordinating shared email boxes supporting the Underwriting Teams. Triage correspondence and action promptly to avoid backlogs.Monitoring data quality entry by the Outsourced business partner/s and Underwriting Operations Assistants via sample checks and exceptions reporting.Regulatory responsibilitiesTo succeed in the role it is essential that you have relevant experience and ideally within the Lloyds insurance Market.You will have full familiarity with insurance processes and systems (bureau and non bureau) and knowledge of business partner outsourcing to transfer and monitor tasks on and offshore.You will be able to demonstrate strong technical capability in managing standard operating procedures, process maps and controls.
