Underwriting Assistant

Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Underwriting Support / Assistant to join their small team of specialist Reinsurance Underwriters working on a fully remote basis

The role responsibilities will include the following:
Assisting in logging of enquiries on internal systems for underwriters to review and quote.
Maintaining filing system within the underwriting Platform.
Broker enquiries and liaison.
General back-up duties to the Underwriting team, including data entry on Company and London Market systems.
Assisting with MI gathering, reporting, and monitoring of income.
Property Insurance and ideally Reinsurance experience would be highly advantageous and, in addition, experience of PPL & Whitespace would be beneficial.
