A leading professional services firm, is looking for an experienced Workforce Management Consultant with UKG experience to join their fast-growing practice in the UK.
As a trusted recruitment partner, I've been working closely with the UK Lead for workforce management technology to find the perfect candidate for this role.
UKG OneView Consultant - Skills Required:
Extensive experience in workforce management and delivering advisory services and technology solutions
Subject matter expertise in UKG solutions
Strong people management skills and a passion for sharing knowledge and developing teams
Commercial awareness and professional expertise to deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for clients
Ability to manage global client engagements and build strong relationships
Drive to continuously build your own technical expertise and specialism
In this role, you'll have the chance to:
Manage client projects and technology implementations, leading the delivery team
Provide expert advice to clients on optimum technology and workforce management strategies
Understand client needs, design requirements, and lead all aspects of configuration for UKG implementations
Participate in project estimations and manage financials, contracting, and take-on processes
Facilitate complex working sessions and client meetings
Serve as an account manager for global client engagements
Support the enablement of the UK practice for this rapidly growing proposition
