Join our Environment and Health Market as our UK ‘Site Solutions’ Service Line Leader and make a positive impact to our people, society and the environment.Your new role As our new UK Service Line Leader for Contaminated Land, you will be responsible for the operation, development and growth of our UK ‘Site Solutions’ service line. The service line is a national team, and part of our European and global Site Solutions service line delivering sustainable site solutions for private and public sector clients.You will be working alongside other Service Line Leaders in Impact Assessment, Compliance, Ecosystem Solutions, Landscape and Water.Your key responsibilities will include:Instil purpose and set the direction for the UK Site Solutions Service Line, leading by example.Implement the relevant aspects of the Ramboll, Site Solutions and UK strategy, priorities, and actions. Represent UK Site Solutions at European forums.Lead collaboration with other Ramboll Markets, Geographies, Service Lines and Sectors in order to bring the best of Ramboll to our clients. Determine bid go/no go opportunities and ensure compliance with the Decision Gate process.Create a culture of openness and inclusion and ultimately be responsible for the pastoral care, performance, reward, development, and training of the people within the service line.Facilitate resource management as a national team, and plan and lead recruitment for the service line.Fulfil the requirements of the Head of Department role, responsible for delivery of revenue, growth and profit against the budget.Implement Ramboll’s governance, project management and compliance process in the service line and instil the Ramboll Leadership Principles in the way we work. Lead selected client engagement and management, and support others to develop and grow trusted advisory relationships with our clients.Your new teamYou will join ourEnvironment and Health Market and be an important part of ourEnvironment and Health Market in the UK. You will be responsible for our sixty UK contaminated land professionals.
