UK Sales Manager | Office-based role, Monday to Friday - you will be expected to visit clients and attend project sites from time to time | Full Time | £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary DOE + £10K OTE + Car Allowance + Pension + up to 25 days holiday

At Samper Installation, we specialise in delivering cutting-edge materials handling and conveyor systems to clients across various sectors, including warehousing, distribution, production, travel, and energy.

As the UK Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Mechanical, electrical, or process engineering background
• HNC or HND qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles
• Experience in pricing and providing quotations
• Strong engineering/technical knowledge
• Organised, results-driven, with excellent multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT literate, proficiency in Excel and Word
• Previous CRM system experience advantageous

What will your role look like?

• Develop new and existing customer relationships
• Provide quotations for UK and overseas projects
• Progress opportunities through to installation stage on site
• Manage Samper Installation projects for materials handling and conveyor systems
• Liaise with clients, attend site meetings, and coordinate project packages
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high levels of quality and service
