Job DescriptionPlease only apply if you live within a daily commutable distance of Plymouth, DevonAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Galahad TasksEnsures daily support tasks are completed and communicated within the agreed timescalesSupports Sales Team / Account Managers / Customers with administrative requestsRecharges Verifies and communicates recharges to customers dealing with any queries and consolidating where necessaryUpdates PO validating information and submits to FinanceControls, cleanses and chases outstanding costFleet Maintains Fleet master dataResolves fleet queriesBilling Ensures weekly / monthly billing and reporting to fleet customers within agreed timescales Resolves customer queries and makes necessary data corrections Handles invoice disputes (internally and externally)ReportingCreates and maintains reports to provide support data, scheduling of automated reportsKPI generationAnalyses data highlighting cost control trends & identifies overspendQuality Ensures a high level of data accuracyMaintain company quality standards at all timeCommunication Provides regular feedback to both internal and external customersCommunicates effectively on all levelsOther To undertake other reasonable duties as required from time to time in support of the effective running of C360Additional InformationSalary: £25,159.86 Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. After successful completion of 6-8 weeks training based in the head office at Lee Mill, Ivybridge. Ready to drive with Continental?
