Our expertise lies in providing strategic solutions to navigate disruptions and we are seeking an experienced and visionary UK Commercial Area Manager to lead our commercial efforts across the country.Position OverviewReporting to the EMEA Commercial Director and working closely with the CCO, as the Commercial Area Manager for UK, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our market share, increase sales, and strengthen customer relationships in the airports of the region. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our business in UK.Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis and Strategy:Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the UK market.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Sales and Revenue Growth:Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively managing and expanding the customer base.Market Expansion:Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market presence.Develop and implement market entry strategies for new product launches.Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction to enhance customer loyalty.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive overall business success.Qualifications- 7+ years proven experience in Aviation with established relationships with Airline’s and Ground Handling companies’ Procurement and/or Ground Operations Departments.- 7+ years proven experience in commercial and/or ground operations leadership roles (ex. Airline Station Manager), with a focus on the UK region.- Deep proven knowledge of the UK Aviation market.- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic client relationships.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel as required.- Fluency in English language as minimum requirement.
