About the role
We are looking for a Remote Content Specialist to help us to plan, curate and continuously improve our kids content offering. With our content available on multiple streaming platforms (eg Amazon Channels, Apple, Roku) we are looking for someone who is organised and driven to manage each individual service, with the goal of increasing user engagement. The role requires an analytical approach to what our positioning is on each platform, what our competitors are doing and how we can stand out, and a creative eye for curation and presentation of our content. We take a data driven approach to our planning, without shying away from testing new content and approaches, and strive to offer a unique and inspirational product to young minds.
What you will be doing:
Project managing our content on Partner services, and working towards internal goals to increase engagement, taking an analytical and strategic approach to improve our offering.
Planning monthly launches for all relevant platforms.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of information to support curational changes and platform content updates.
Working closely with the BD team to answer partner related queries, coordinate requests to the rest of the team and plan new partner launches. Set and manage expectations on new partner platform launches, content availability, refresh rates and timelines, based on existing workflows.
Aligning partner curation with our mobile product where possible.
Overseeing incoming content and communicating relevant information to the Ops team who manage in- and outgoing deliveries
Sourcing performance data from partners
Conducting regular audits of our key platforms and planning strategic, data-driven changes to improve engagement.
Market research, including local content for partners, and competitor services.
Maintaining a launch plan for new content on all partner services for the upcoming 6-12 months, and communicating any content needs for our contracted partner requirements.
Updating our free user offering where relevant and updating Marketing.
Coordinating with our Ops team on dubbing requirements when necessary.
Planning and creating content playlists, collections, themes, and other curational moments to provide users with fresh content on a regular basis
What you´ll need to succeed in this role:
Project management tools (Monday, Notion, Jira)
Familiarity with CMSs and databases
Data analysis (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
Proactive and autonomous with a problem-solving approach
Organisational skills and an attention to detail
Strong communicator, experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and setting expectations.
Calm under pressure
Time management skills, and the ability to set priorities and realistic deadlines
