As a Housekeeping Porterat Broadwick Soho, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.
To support the team and consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas to create a warm, friendly and comfortable environment for hotel guests.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent. You will work with a brilliant team across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?
Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
Your charisma, individuality and positive energy
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team
Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends
