Trustee Transaction Manager, Hybrid Working

A global company and one of the worlds leading providers of corporate administration are looking for someone to join their Capital Markets team.

Solid experience reviewing securitisation and structured finance documentation is a must as well as experience of trustee work.
The successful individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of transactions and some of the responsibilities include:
for managing a varied portfolio of note trustee, security trustee and security agent services on a wide range of asset classes, including securitisations, structured finance, asset backed finance, debt issuances, aviation transactions and defaults & restructurings
a client service-oriented culture
and liaise with external counsel to co-ordinate comments on the transaction documents
through waivers and amendments on existing transactions, engaging counsel for the trustee as appropriate.
and grows relationships with existing clients through upselling and BD
