Treasury Supervisor

Are you a results-oriented leader with strong A/R and banking experience?

We're seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable & Banking Team Lead to join a growing brand in Dudley. You'll head a team of 4, overseeing all aspects of cash receipts, customer billing, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

What You'll Do:

Lead your team in delivering exceptional customer service
Manage cash receipts, allocation, transfers, and sales control
Resolve complex unallocated cash issues
Foster strong relationships with banks as a key contact
Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and provide coaching
Ensure adherence to company policies and proceduresWho You Are:

AAT qualified (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of double-entry accounting
Proven experience in a similar leadership role or a strong AR/banking background
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
A self-starter with strong coaching and communication abilities
