We’re looking for a Treasury Project Analyst to join and help deliver one of the strategic projects within CFO on our simplification agenda - WSS decommission project. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders as well as performing critical accounting validation, reconciliations and controls, so you’ll need to have a thorough understanding or have worked within a Treasury Finance / Product Control function or Market Risk function and preferably with project experience or exposure.The difference you’ll make:Carrying out project activities in line with the objectives and timelines of the projectIdentifying and highlighting areas of concern to management in an expedient mannerPerforming accounting validations and reviews that are required to ensure correct representation of assets, liabilities, and profit & lossEnsuring that there is a full audit trail for all accounting and reconciliation processes, and ensure that the control infrastructure around the reconciliation process is robustWorking with the rest of the business units within Treasury Accounting to deliver and embed change, system enhancements and put processes and controls in place for new business activityReviewing current processes and suggest changes to improve efficiency of tasks performed.What you’ll bringQualified Accountant –
ACCA/ACA/CIMA/equivalent
