Job DescriptionOversee and manage the company's financial assets and investments.Develop strategies for risk management and financial forecasting.Monitor and analyse financial market trends to maximise returns.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Lead, manage, and develop the treasury team.Collaborate with other departments to achieve company financial goals.Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Treasury Manager' should have:A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
