We have a great opportunity for a Treasury Analyst to join our successful and dynamic Treasury team based in London as part of a global business spanning over 70 markets.
Purpose of the Role:
This role involves supporting the Treasury team in managing the central cash management process.
This is critical in ensuring the cash is managed effectively and the company has access to cash when required. The process is currently managed on a Treasury Management system (Coupa Treasury).
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the daily cash management process of the Group to optimise the interest and cash position at the Centre ensuring company has appropriate funding as required.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure daily cash processes are completed within the time constraints particularly on busy days.
Ensure all payments e.g deposits, loan repayments, FX maturities, interest etc are paid for good value.
FX Trade management (settlement, approval, administration).
Maintenance of intercompany loan documentation.
Prepare the next day cash forecast and 5-day cash forecast to establish borrowing requirements.
Assist with maximising the upstreaming of surplus cash from subsidiaries to the centre.
Daily cash reconciliation, reconciling payments and chasing for non-receipts.
Assist with the monthly netting process and ensure all payments sent with good value.
Qualifications + Skills:
Experience of working in a Finance related role
Experience of working in a busy, large matrixed organisation
Ability to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and work collaboratively.
Good knowledge of excel an advantage.
Attention to detail required.
