Treasurer - Trustee

• Ensuring financial resources are in place to achieve the organisation’s strategic objectives• Ensuring the organisation has appropriate Reserves and Investment Policies• Presentation of financial reports to Trustees, ensuring appropriate accounting procedures and controls are in place• Liaising with JWA staff re financial matters as appropriate• Ensuring no conflict between investments held and the aims and objectives of the organisation• Ensuring the Statutory Accounts are prepared accurately and appropriately• Keeping Trustees informed re their financial duties and responsibilities• Contributing to the organisation’s fundraising strategyWhat additional skills or experience you should haveWhat training we will provide for youWhat you will get out of volunteering for us One woman in four will experience domestic violence in her lifetime.
