* Coaching and motivating your team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
* Active with your own enquiries
* Assist with future sales recruitment & selection
* Monitoring daily performance and identifying coaching opportunities
* Leading daily team huddles to communicate priorities
* Resolving any issues quickly and effectively
* Analysing data to inform business decisions that drive growth
* Regular office visits for meetings to be agreedSkills required for the role:
* Strong sales management experience from within the travel sector
