Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join a highly successful travel company in an affluent part of Surrey, hybrid working model.Offering a wide range of holiday types for clients include multi centre, adult packages, cruises, honeymoons, luxury trips, city breaks, adventure, family vacations, tailormade holidays and all-inclusive packages, plus many more.This role is ideal for an existing tailormade travel consultant from a tour operator or retail travel agency with a few years experience or looking to get back into travel. Career development, luxury FAM Trips across the globe and the opportunity to earn very generous commission.Travel Consultant Duties:
* Designing inspiring itineraries across the globe to travellers across Europe, USA, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Africa, South America, Asia, Australia, New Zealand plus many more destinations.
* Dealing with a range of holiday types, travel extras including tours, airport lounges, car hire, insurance etc.
* Participating in luxury FAM trips to increase product knowledge.
* Offering a cutting edge customer service.
* Converting incoming enquiries to a sale.
* Building a rapport with customers to establish their requirementsEssential Requirements:
* Must have sales experience within the travel industry either from a travel agency or tour operator.
* GDS experience is essential
* Able to build a rapport with customers.
* Excellent communication skills
