Travel Consultant

This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Travel Consultant to join a local successful holiday company. The company offers a wide range of bespoke holidays to meet their clients' requirements. As a Travel Consultant you will be responsible of booking and creating unforgettable experiences, tailored to the customer's needs. Your role will also entail dealing with e-mail and telephone queries.
THE ROLE:
Creating and booking unforgettable experiences to meet your customers' needs.
Communicating with customers through e-mail, online live chats, telephone, social media, and in person.
Staying up to date with latest industry trends and travel products.
Working to team targets
Supporting and working with your team to ensure all daily tasks are completed
This role will entail working to deadlines and challenges.
THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience working in the travel industry
Varied destination knowledge
Good customer service and communication skills
The ability to work in a team environment
Enthusiastic with a passion for travel and a desire to share knowledge
