Travel Claims Handlers Required for this global insurance company based in London. They are looking for 2 experienced insurance claims handlers, ideally with travel claims and will pay up to £35000 PLUS bonus & benefits for this Monday to Friday position.Travel Claims HandlersHandle first notification of loss (FNOL) calls, enter all relevant claims information and dispatch claims forms as appropriateManage & respond to department email enquiriesCommunicate with customers and third parties by telephone/email/letter in a clear, concise and professional wayAssess new claims (Travel/Missed Event/Collision Damage Waiver excess) in accordance with policy terms and conditions, within specified service levels and in line with departmental proceduresHandle any necessary administrative duties relating to claims, e.g. completion of worksheetsEnsure that all relevant data is collated and entered onto the system in a timely manner, with a focus on accurate data entry and regular data cleansingHandle customer escalations in a positive way and refer any unresolved quality issues to your line managerTravel Claims Handlers Skills RequiredInsurance claims experience is a must, ideally in the travel industryPC literate, e.g. Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent communication skills and ability to empathise when required.Sound decision making ability encompassing diplomacy and patience when required.High attention to detail and a quality focusAble to work in their office in South London on a hybrid basisIf you are interested in the the above role please apply online or send your cv to #####’t keep a good thing to yourselfWe grow our business through referrals, so please don’t keep us to yourself.
