Transport Planner

Our client, a leading player in the haulage industry, is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Transport Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging collections and deliveries, liaising with clients and drivers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the transport logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate collections and deliveries within the Pallet Network.


• Liaise with clients to understand their transport needs and provide exceptional service.


• Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.


• Monitor and manage transport schedules to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.


• Handle any transport-related issues or emergencies that arise.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Transport Planner in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the haulage sector.


• Knowledge of the Pallet Network.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 20:00.


• Additional hours on Saturdays (1 in 3 weekends), typically a few hours. ( Additional pay )

Benefits:

• Competitive salary of �32,000 - �38,000, depending on experience.
