Transport Planner - Southampton - �38k

You will be joining an independent specialist haulage company that are experts in all they do.
Working with a team of planners, you will learn and develop new skills, becoming an expert yourself.
To be successful you will need route planning experience from within a general haulage business.
Package:

• �35,000 - �38,000 (DOE)
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Monday - Friday
• Flexible Working
• Private Health care plan

Role:

• Transport Planner will be routing company vehicles UK wide
• You will be planning for dedicated loads, General Haulage & Abnormal loads
• It is essential that you ensure full compliance with all legislation
• Transport planner is expected to work with a team and liaise as needed
• All drivers must be fully briefed and de-briefed with tacho analysis

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position: Transport Planner, Traffic Planner, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Analyst
• General Haulage / Heavy Haulage background
• Must be able to plan vehicle routes
• Previous use of Haultech beneficial
• Excellent work ethic / attitude
