Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established Waste Management Company, in their search for a Transport Planner to work from their Wrexham office.What our client is offering for the successful Transport Planner : GBP30,000 to GBP37,000 per annum (Overtime GBP50 per day)Monday to Friday (Apply online only Permanent Benefits: 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, parking, Overtime GBP50 per day The Role - Transport Planner : Implementing scheduling plans - assigning drivers to routes in real time and ensuring that all critical deliveries are completed and rescheduled where necessaryLoad planningMonitoring and tracking JobsMonitoring and reporting driver issues such as: accidents, safety concerns, road closures etcEnsuring all drivers hours and vehicles maintenance are run to current legislationsManaging a team of drivers What we are looking for in a Transport Planner : Previous Transport/ Route Planning experience - ESSENTIALGood Geographical Knowledge - ESSENTIALOrganised Flexible with working hours where necessary - ESSENTIAL
