The Purpose of the Role
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and committed HR Officer who is CIPD qualifiedto provide efficient and effective support to the HR function at Radnor House Sevenoaks School.The position willsupport the HR Manager to fully implement the school policies and procedures in particular relating to Child Protection, Health, Safety and Welfare, Safer Recruitment and Employment Policies. Provide a comprehensive, confidential and efficient HR service ensuring best-practice is always followed. The ideal candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines, prioritise, work independently and without direct supervision on all routine matters.
Training and Qualifications Required
Hold a full PSV CPC Licence, Cat D preferable.
Hold a Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence to act as a PSV Transport Manager on our Commercial Operators Licence for our minibus and coach fleet.
