Transport Manager

My Client are looking for a dedicated Transport Manager to join the team in Northamptonshire.Whilst this role will be mainly compliance related there is also a need to understand route planning.Looking after around 75 company assets the candidate will be responsible for booking inspections and Mot slots along with rectifying defects reported by staff and tacho reporting and compliance.Working closely with the director and other transport staff the candidate will be working in a small team in a general haulage company delivering around 500 loads a week.Attention to detail is key to maintain the company’s high level of compliance but full training will be provided,Normal Hours of work 08.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday and one week and weekend on call a month.You will Competitive SalaryCompany phoneCompany LaptopFriendly environmentCandidate ideally has,CPC qualification
