Role: Transport Manager



Contract: Full-Time, Permanent



Location: Office based term time, flexibility to work from home during school holidays

The Purpose of the Role



We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and committed HR Officer who is CIPD qualified to provide efficient and effective support to the HR function at Radnor House Sevenoaks School. The position will support the HR Manager to fully implement the school policies and procedures in particular relating to Child Protection, Health, Safety and Welfare, Safer Recruitment and Employment Policies. Provide a comprehensive, confidential and efficient HR service ensuring best-practice is always followed. The ideal candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines, prioritise, work independently and without direct supervision on all routine matters.



Training and Qualifications Required



·Hold a full PSV CPC Licence, Cat D preferable.



·Hold a Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence to act as a PSV Transport Manager on our Commercial Operator’s Licence for our minibus and coach fleet.



·Attend and pass relevant training and medicals required.



·Paediatric First Aid training preferred



·Keep up to date with legislative changes and meet the requirements
