We offer an exciting opportunity in instrumentation validation for road survey vehicles. You'll play a pivotal role in processing and analysing data collected from cutting-edge sensors on these vehicles, with occasional site visits for trials across the UK. Ideal for data enthusiasts with a passion for civil engineering and technology, this role provides a unique chance to advance your career in the transport industry.Key Responsibilities:Process and analyse data from road survey vehicles to validate their performance for UK roads.Lead technical tasks and collaborate with team members.Report data analysis results and ensure compliance with specifications.Coordinate survey vehicle testing at UK test tracks.Support survey vehicle operation and data collection equipment.About You:Proficiency in standard Office software, including Microsoft Excel and Word.Strong attention to detail with a passion for identifying and investigating anomalies in data sets.Knowledge of programming languages for data processing, manipulation, and presentation (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerBI).Keen interest in technology or civil engineering, particularly in areas like vehicle sensors, lasers, GPS, cameras, pavements, and bridges.Effective communication skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.Additionally, holding a full driving license or a commitment to obtaining one would be advantageous.Ready to contribute to transforming transportation?
