Job DescriptionCompany DescriptionJob DescriptionShift Pattern: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday as overtime) 09:00 - 18:30 (45 hours)Salary: £12.36 per hour (£28,922)We are currently looking for Distribution Administrator to join theteam on a permanent basis at our Dundee Depot. The main focus of the role is toprovide support to the transport operation, covering the service delivery team, along with associated administration support duties at the Dundee Depot, supporting both our drivers and our customers.As part of your duties, You'll be preparing paperwork, filing, answering incoming and outgoing phone calls from both drivers, sales colleague's and customers, responding appropriately in a professional manner. You’ll need to be computer literate and comfortable using our Systems.To join us in this role you will be an experienced administrator with previous knowledge or experience of customer service delivery would be advantageous. This is a busy role which requires you to work to clear timelines so you will be able to prioritise effectively to manage your daily workload. You will have great communication skills, be tenacious and resilient and above all have a desire to deliver results.This role is extremely varied and vital to the transport operation.You will be part of a small team of front desk workers supporting with administration tasks across the day time hours of our operation, so teamwork is essential in liaising effectively with external partners, and colleagues on other shifts.QualificationsAdditional InformationAt Brakes everyone is welcome.
