Here at XPO, we take our people seriously. Were looking for a talented Transport Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis working at our Gloucester site. Shift times for this role are 1pm-10pm Monday-Friday
Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a base salary of up to £28,497 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance.) We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What youll do on a typical day
Driver briefing and de-briefing ensuring accuracy of data and reporting of defects, accidents and delivery issues.
Data entry of orders, statistics, customer reports, KPIs and drivers daily activities (adjusting schedules where needed)
Resolve customer queries via phone, email or face to face, liaising with the onsite logistics functions.
Assist in setting up the daily trunking operation to ensure all customer freight arrives and departs in a timely manner.
