We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Account Manager to join a world leading Language Services Provider (LSP) organisation. They offer full translation and language solutions services to organizations from most business sectors across the globe.
Location of the job
London / Hybrid. 3 days a week office based, 2 days a week work from home
Language requirements for the job
Fluency in English is essential. Fluency also in any other 2nd language, especially German, is an advantage but not essential

Our client is an international LSP organisation, working successfully with a range of companies from most business sectors, especially life sciences, pharma, medical devices, manufacturing, engineering and the technology sector from across the globe.
Job responsibilities of the Account Manager
As an Account Manager you will join their global sales team with a remit to manage a portfolio of clients and be able to sell more of their translation and languages services to the current clients.
Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
Taking commercial and strategic responsibility for existing and new key client accounts
Handling a diverse range of clients based in different countries
Assisting with contract negotiations and tenders/RFIs/RFQs/RFPs as needed
Adding value to business relationships by getting involved in core projects
Attending face-to-face meetings and conference calls with clients
Scheduling webinars/online demos
Placing regular customer satisfaction calls and scheduling review meetings with key stakeholders
Supporting the onboarding of new departments and stakeholders
Preparing presentations for client meetings
The successful candidate background
Fluency in English is essential. Fluency also in any other 2nd language, especially German, is an advantage but not essential
Previous account management experience from within the LSP & translation industry
Experience at building and maintaining strong ongoing business relationships
Experience with tenders/RFIs/RFQs/RFPs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A very good eye for detail
Salary, benefits and working hours
£40,000 - £45,000 basic + commission and excellent benefits (healthcare options, company events, food and drinks in office etc).
