Reporting to the Director of Transformation, this role has responsibility for successful governance & coordination of two or more areas of the Transformation portfolio.
Front office: focused on new channels, new business opportunities, often digitally enabled
Middle office: focused on operational end to end efficiency
Back-office: focused on Finance and HR ERP
Corporate: focused on corporate initiatives driven by Corporate Development, Finance, HR, Legal

Group finance, led by our Group CFO; Candy Davies, includes diverse teams across the globe operating in functions including business partnering, operational finance, specialist, and group functions. Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management:
Ensure consistency of programme management framework - objectives, outcomes, milestones, RAG status, risks, dependencies, costs, benefits, KPIs
Lean-in on existing projects and programmes to offer support and assurance, including deep dives into issues
Monitor and track progress of programmes and projects, ensure delivery to time, budget, quality standards
Go beyond the RAID logs, run workshops, solve or escalate material problems quickly
Initiate new projects until they are self-standing or complete
Develop collaborative working relationships deep within the programme / project teams and stakeholders
Governance, reporting standards:
Drive monthly portfolio review content, ensuring it is at the right quality standard
Keep track of status and key decisions for the portfolio review meetings
Provide regular reports and updates on the portfolio's performance
Attend project and programme status meetings
RAID workshops
Facilitate post-implementation reviews to assess the outcomes and benefits of projects within the portfolio
Skills & Experience
Work Based
Technical expertise in two or more of the following areas:
Digital development of new products, channels and services
Operational efficiency, enabled by technology
ERP systems
Corporate function initiatives from Finance, HR, Legal etc.
Deep understanding of working in agile and waterfall environments
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
Excellent knowledge and handling of programme and project management methodologies and techniques
Self-organised and attention to detail in parallel with understanding the strategic objectives of the programmes
Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
Ability to influence without authority at all levels
Advanced MS Power-point, Word & Excel skills essential
Behavioural

Is decisive, prioritises effectively, maintains a clear focus and sees actions through to delivery
Builds trust and demonstrates integrity
