In an era of rapid transformation, this role is instrumental in steering our IT landscape into the future. Beyond technical acumen, effective communication is at the heart of this role. We’re not just transforming IT; we’re fostering a cultural shift. Your ability to articulate the ongoing transformation’s nuances to both IT and business stakeholders is essential.A pivotal responsibility is to support overall transformation initiatives, providing guidance to workstreams in the correct application of methodologies, tools, and templates to achieve desired outcomes and behaviours, making sure inter-dependencies are maintained throughout the transformation process. Collaboration with the project management and PMO Community of Excellence is key, ensuring alignment on methodologies and toolsets to maintain consistency and efficiency.A critical aspect of this role involves reviewing program and project-related change requests, assessing their impact on the organisation’s IT systems and processes. This includes conducting thorough impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders crucial to the success of the transformation initiatives. Stakeholder management is actively driven, emphasising involvement, engagement, and a continuous flow of information according to respective roles.Lastly, there is a commitment to ensuring that the strategic targets of IT transformation are effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders. This involves establishing clear and continuous channels of communication to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation journey.What You Will Bring• University degree in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.• Previous experience in organizational change management and/or project management.• Understanding of the processes involved in introducing IT-related business changes to an enterprise.• Ability to bring order to complex situations and maintain focus on transformation objectives.• Knowledge and understanding of project and program management methodologies – certificates would be beneficial (preferably experience working with intercultural teams).• Good knowledge of contemporary technology, including Cloud technologies.• Professional experience with Enterprise Architecture Management tools.• Experience with program/project risk management tools and techniques.• Knowledge of communications planning to articulate goals and the status of initiatives to a wide range of audiences.• Strong affinity for business processes, ideally in the Trading, Sales, or Banking industries.• Convincing communication skills and an engaging and confident manner.• Empathic and motivating leadership style, as well as the ability to inspire teams for global challenges, also in an international context.• Proven strategic and conceptual competence.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Ability to effectively collaborate with project managers, IT management, and senior management.• Ability to communicate with technical staff as well as business stakeholders.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Fluent English skills• Willingness to travel.About UsSecuring Energy for Europe – it’s a simple statement, with a bold ambition.
