Transfer Pricing M&A Tax Manager

My Big 4 client, is looking to grow their market leading M&A Tax team and hire a Transfer Pricing Manager. In this role, you would be
working on due diligence and business model optimisation for both private equity and corporate clients. You will work on a broad range of deals from small venture capital deals to the largest mergers and acquisitions as well as huge de-mergers.This is an extremely exciting time to join a successful and growing team where you will be able to carve out your own niche and have the flexibility to drive your career in the direction you would like.If you have strong Transfer Pricing experience from an accountancy practice environment and would be keen to join a fast paced deals environment this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
