Your Mission ????
You will be working in boxxe’s finance team where you will take responsibility for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams including Credit Control. As Transactional Finance Manager you will have the end-to-end responsibility to ensure proactive debtor cash collection and supplier payment management thereby optimising the cash flow for the business. Building strong relationships with your team, internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver excellent service standards. You will report directly into the Group Financial Controller (GFC) and will have the opportunity to shape and develop the transactional teams within the Group and take ownership of the full transactional process.

Managing crucial functions like Accounts Payable and Receivable and credit control, you'll enhance our financial health and scalability. Your role involves driving process efficiencies and strengthening stakeholder relationships, aligning transactional operations with our strategic goals. What you’ll be doing ????
Take ownership of all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and treasury functions in the Group.
Ensure that all transactional processing and reporting is carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure invoices, expenses and payments are raised and processed accurately.
Develop and implement key business KPI's to monitor performance.
Preparing Cashflow Forecasts and support the Financial Manager (FM) and the FP&A team with the cashflow budgeting/forecasting process.
Managing and adhering to the month-end deadlines, ensuring all tasks across transactional finance are completed on-time and any issues are flagged and escalated to the FM and GFC.
Ensuring robust financial controls are established, well understood and are being followed throughout the business.
Identify areas of improvement within the function to optimise performance and effectiveness, through process improvement and development of our ERP system.
What experience we think you’ll need ????
Proven experience as a Transactional Finance Manager, with a strong track record of managing key finance functions.
Experience working in fast-paced environments, with a preference for backgrounds in e-Commerce or Retail.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
Skilled problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is advantageous, though not required, as training is provided.
Dedicated to delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferably AAT qualified, with experience in mergers, acquisitions, and business process integration.
