Job DescriptionTransaction Services Associate Director / DirectorWould you like to take the lead on growing a market leading Transaction Services team in the Midlands. If so, this could be the opportunity for you.Our client is a national firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, which following recent restructure and investment have considerable expansion plans within their Transaction Services team nationally. They are looking for experienced qualified accountants to join their team in Birmingham at an Associate Director or Director level to lead and manage a broad range of transaction services activity across Corporate and Private Equity and also some cross border deals. The successful individuals will ideally have at least 5 years Transaction Services or related experience and be already operating at this level within a medium or large firm, or potentially within a commercial role in industry. You will have the ability to understand key business drivers, to analyse and interpret financial data, understand complex business models and produce meaningful and concise reports, including financial due diligence and capital market reports. You will hopefully come with some sort of client network and show proven business development skills.You will help to mentor your team to complete complex and technically demanding assignments. as well as giving presentations to senior level clients and getting involved in networking within the business community.
