Overview:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Training Supervisor to join their team in Hayes, Middlesex.
Our client is seeking an adept Supervisor with proven leadership and training abilities to fill an exciting opportunity at their Hayes office. This full-time position entails a 40-to-45-hour workweek. If you possess the expertise to effectively lead and mentor a small team, our client wants to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit all cleaning and wet works operatives.
• In liaison with HR, carry out all necessary pre-employment checks for new cleaning and wet works operatives.
• Carry out all aspects of induction and job specific training for new cleaning and wet works operatives – including completion of employment documents and training records.
• Update cleaning supervisors and manager on the progress of the cleaning and wet works operatives undergoing training.
• In liaison with cleaning supervisors and manager, provide a clear benchmark for quality of cleaning and wet works.
• In liaison with cleaning supervisors and cleaning manager, monitor the quality of work for all newly trained cleaning and wet works operatives.
• As directed by the cleaning supervisors and cleaning manager, monitor the quality of work for all existing cleaning and wet works operatives.
• Where necessary, provide guidance, further training, and encouragement to all new and existing cleaning and wet works operatives.
• Develop and update training packages as necessary.

It should be noted that the above is not an exhaustive list and at various times you will be called upon to act in numerous different roles within the Company dependent on the Companies needs at that time.
Skills and Experience:

• Manual UK Driving License.
• Previous training experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ex-military applicants are encouraged.
