iO Associates have partnered with a development company in Burgess Hill to assist in their recruitment of a Training Operations Manager.
The company are a global business that provides pumps, valves and industrial vacuum technology which are designed to reduce carbon emissions within the semiconductor manufacturing sector. The technology has revolutionised a sector that has seen such rapid growth due to the increase in electronic device development and manufacture.
Your role and responsibilities will include leading for all aspects of technical skills and product training for a global team of Field and Onsite Service Engineers. As well as specific product training, the role will drive the adoption and implementation of a range of broader technical training programmes supporting induction & early careers through to advanced technical training and career development
In order to be considered for this role, we are looking for the following skills/competencies:
A minimum of three to five years' experience of working in a Learning & Development environment
Technical Training management experience gained in an engineering/manufacturing environment
Experience of remotely managing an international or global team
Ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels through verbal and writt...
