Training Coordinator
Stratton Recruitment is seeking to recruit an administrator to enhance our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive team.
Primary responsibilities:
Involvement in the preparation and co-ordination of enrolment paperwork and the collection of learner evidence to ensure compliance
Responsible for timely and accurate data entry on to our designated management information system, and other relevant external and internal systems
Manage the booking and processing of Functional Skills sessions and examinations including registration and certification claims with relevant awarding bodies
Assisting with the coordination of learner progress reviews
Providing feedback to employers and other clients on learner progress and identified risks
General responsibilities:
Understand and adhere to all responsibilities to ensure that the quality and compliance requirements of the funding body, employer or any other contract stakeholder, are maintained
Promote the principles of Equality and Diversity and ensure that the policy is fully applied at all times
