Training and Competence Consultant

A highly respected Financial Advisory firm is looking for a T&C Consultant to join the business based in the SOUTH WEST. You will support their Financial Advisers on all aspects of training and competency.
The role will involve taking responsibility for the following
Managing induction and supervision of new entrants
Deliver new entrant training and other training interventions as required
Provision of technical, supervisory and compliance support to new and existing advisers
Ensure IFAs undertake appropriate levels of CPD tailored to learning needs and which meets minimum regulatory requirements
Collating data and recording results on the system, identification, and reporting of trends by the adviser or firm level
Providing appropriate feedback both written and verbal to individual advisers
Liaison with colleagues within the firm across the training and competency functions where necessary
Investigate areas of underperformance, report findings and recommended remedial action
Key Requirements:
A background in financial services training and competence, ideally 5 years plus
Level 4 Diploma qualified, preferably with AF6/J07 or working towards this or an equivalent qualification
Previous experience in a Field Supervisor role
