Role:
Employee Relations Administrator - 12 months FTC
Location:
Warwick, CV34 6TE
Hours:
37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday
Salary:
up to £28,000 pa DOE

We're seeking a dynamic Training Administrator to join our team and make a real impact! You'll support the Training team with booking training courses, updating training records, creating certificates and other associated tasks.
Qualifications that set you apart include:
Entry level knowlegde of Learning and Development processes
Basic knowledge of GDPR
Demonstrable experience within Training or HR and associated administration experience
Experience using an LMS and/or HR system
Educated to A level or equivalent
Ability to multitask and deal with a varying workload
Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Interviews will be taking place w/c 29th April
