A Survival Equipment Lead Trainer / NVQ Assessor is required to join an Aviation client working on a permanent basis in Shrewsbury. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for the planning, design, development and delivery of survival equipment training packages to meet the requirements of an NVQ Level 3 extended diploma in aeronautical engineering (survival equipment maintenance). This will include the course syllabus, presentations and training notes.

The successful candidate will have the official Survival Equipment Training in the Aviation industry, as well as relevant engineering qualification, relevant training experience, NVQ Assessment knowledge, experience with designing courses, as well as having excellent IT skills and be able to gain SC security clearance.
