Trainee Warehouse and Logistics Lead

Our client is a family run company just outside St. Ives in Cambridgeshire supplying the Arts and Entertainment Industry (and increasingly other industries too) with tape, performance flooring and related accessories.

They are looking to expand their Warehouse team with a Trainee Warehouse & Logistics Lead. For the right person with drive, this is a new role with so much opportunity to develop within the company.

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30 am – 5:30 pm & 8.30 am – 4.30 pm Friday

Hourly Rate / Salary: £25,000 - £26,000

Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, private health care scheme, pension scheme, use of company pool car

Duration: Full-time contract studying for a Level 3 apprenticeship in Warehouse & Logistics

• Warehouse, Logistics or staff leading experience who wants to develop a strong background in Warehouse and Logistics


•  having an opportunity to study at college one day per week on a relevant Warehouse apprenticeship


• commitment and motivation to learn on the job


• developing to lead the remit of the Warehouse and logistics function effectively


• driving excellence and always considering continuous improvement


• Excellent communication skills at all levels internally and externally both in email and particularly in person


• accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects
