Trainee Tutor

Due to growth and expansion, we are looking to hire a trainee Tutor.

The New Trainee Tutor will receive a lot of support from the academic team to grow and develop into the role.
The role will involve:
Assisting with amending and updating course material
Delivering on-line workshops and class-based workshops via video conferencing software
Supporting candidates with constructive feedback and guidance to aid their progression
Using the VLE and LMS Platform to correspond with Learners
To assess and mark formative assessments and summative assessments
To maintain regular contact with learners and deliver high-quality learning and development
To attend regular team meetings and standardization sessions
To manage own continued professional development through undertaking relevant training and sharing of best practices in the organisation
To mark assignments and to provide feedback, supporting areas for improvement.
To get involved in projects related to HR Solutions through existing and new clients
Qualifications
You must hold a Level 7 qualification in a HR-related Degree.
After the probationary period, you will be funded to undertake the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
