We're recruiting for a cohort of Trainee Sales Executives to join our thriving Sales Hubs in the regions.

We are looking for people who are passionate about carving out a career in sales. A suitable candidate would be self-motivated, engaging and interested in people. To be passionate about new home sales and helping customers on their journey in finding a quality new home.

Please note this advertisement is for the location specified only, however there will be instances where you may be moved to a different site in order to support your work-based evidence in line with training requirements.

Our in-house training centre is located in Leeds, West Yorkshire and by applying for this role you acknowledge the need for additional travel and overnight stays where necessary.

Main Responsibilities


  • Work towards becoming an active member of the regional sales team promoting and selling Gleeson homes and products across developments within the regional operational area.
  • Demonstrate learning skills required to proactively seek out and effectively follow up, nurture and pre-qualify prospective customers in request of affordability and needs across all sales enquiries through multiple sales channels including telephone, website, email and targeted marketing campaigns to optimise sales performance and deliver personal and regional sales and revenue targets.
  • Work in close collaboration with the on-site Construction team and build a positive working relationship, attending regular weekly on site sales and build meetings following the company guidance and reporting, work together to identify daily and week priorities to drive forward with a site delivery of 5 Star customer experience and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Collaborative team player
  • Outstanding customer focus & passion to deliver.
  • Full UK Driving License essential - travel within region is required.
